Shri Rajeev Sharma assumed the charge of Director (Operations) /TCL w.e.f. April 1, 2025, with a robust technical background, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Textile from Kanpur University.

A distinguished officer of the Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS), Batch of 1999, Shri Sharma brings over 23 years of extensive experience in production, maintenance, procurement, and project management. Before joining the Board of Directors, he served as General Manager (Operations) at TCL Headquarters, where he played a key role in optimizing operational efficiencies and spearheading strategic initiatives. 

Throughout his career, He has been instrumental in enhancing manufacturing processes, streamlining procurement strategies, and driving innovation in textile and defense production. His expertise in process optimization and supply chain management has significantly contributed to the organization’s growth and efficiency. 

Shri Amal Kumar Chakrabarty bringing with him nearly three decades of extensive experience in financial strategy, planning, and operations across leading public sector enterprises. Throughout his career, has
demonstrated a robust command over core financial functions including budgeting, treasury management, ERP implementation, material and inventory accounting, tax planning, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. He has consistently played a pivotal role in developing financial strategies, managing funding and cash flows, overseeing credit ratings, and strengthening third-party relationships
Shri Amal Kumar Chakrabarty is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He holds a Post Graduate qualification in Information System Audit from ICAI, a Diploma in Computers from IGNOU, and certifications in Oracle
Financials and Climate Change Action for Public Sector Enterprises under the Indo-German Climate Action initiative, underlining his commitment to sustainable business practices.

Before joining TCL, Shri Chakrabarty served as CFO at NBPPL (JV of NTPC & BHEL), where he effectively managed cash flows in a challenging financial environment. He began his career at Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL), contributing to SAP ERP implementation as a core team member.
He has also held key positions in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) units in Bhopal and Hyderabad, and has overseen procurement and financial transactions in units located in Jhansi, Bengaluru, and
Tiruchirappally.

Shri Chakrabarty has also received functional, leadership and management training from premier institutions such as IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IISc Bangalore, MDI Gurgaon and Harvard Business Publishing in association with HRDI Noida BHEL.

Dr. Garima Bhagat is a B.Tech (Gold Medalist), M.Tech, MA (Economics), LLB (Gold Medalist) and a  PhD (Distinction) from IIT Delhi. She secured Rank 1 in Higher Secondary Examination (1990) and Rank 1 in Engineering Service Exam, UPSC (1994).  She is a 1996 batch Indian Revenue Service Officer (IRS-IT).

With over 28 years of public service experience in the Government of India, Dr. Bhagat has accumulated extensive expertise in areas such as taxation, anti-corruption, public procurement, administration and competition law. She has held several significant positions within the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and various Ministries of the Government of India. In 2024, Dr Bhagat was awarded the prestigious national award for ‘Meritorious service’ by Finance Minister.  Dr. Bhagat has also been a regular visiting faculty member at various  apex educational and training institutions. She is the author of several research papers in leading international journals as well as 3 books on taxation.
