Content Management Policy

Purpose

Content on the Troop Comforts Limited (TCL) website is contributed by all relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, uniformity, and timely updates. The content is organized categorically for efficient retrieval and user convenience. All content is managed through a web-based Content Management System (CMS) with a user-friendly interface.

Content is contributed by authorized contributors in a consistent fashion to maintain uniformity and to bring in standardization. In order to present the content as per the requirement of the viewer, and to retrieve the relevant content efficiently, it is contributed through a Content Management System which is web-based. The content has to be approved prior to being published on the website. The moderation thus is at two levels i.e. operator and approver.

Content Lifecycle

The content on this website goes through a complete lifecycle: Creation, Modification, Review, Approval, Uploading, Publishing, Expiry, and Archival. Each content element is categorized as Routine or Priority, and is managed accordingly.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content contribution, moderation, approval, uploading, and publishing are managed by designated personnel from respective departments at TCL. The workflow ensures that content is reviewed and approved before being published. If content is rejected at any stage, it is sent back to the originator for modification.
